I’m a licensed massage therapist in Belton, TX. Massage is what I love. I have a therapeutic-based mindset around massage. Rather than moving mechanically around the table with a patterned Swedish massage, I find and follow the map of tension (and use a little intuition!) to give you the best treatment possible. I may use cups, scraping, or fascia blasting in combination with therapeutic medium to deep pressure and stretching to achieve desired results. Regular massage is ideal for keeping pain away, and depending on severity of symptoms I may work with you to develop a treatment plan.
